What is the difference between MLM Easy Money Standard, Professional and Express?

All three of the programs include comprehensive contact management combined with income and expense tracking and reporting. The Standard Edition is limited to 250 contact entries (customers, prospects, downline etc.) while Professional and Express are both unlimited. Standard and Professional include sales, purchase and inventory management and reporting, while Express does not.

Standard and Professional are typically well-suited to direct sales applications, while Express may be more suitable for network marketing.

Can MLM Easy Money keep track of more than one network or direct marketing business at the same time?

Yes, the program is designed to manage up to 3 independent businesses, with separate downline and financial tracking for each one.

How many downline levels will the program keep track of?

MLM Easy Money can handle an unlimited number of downline levels.

How will the program help me to build my business?

MLM Easy Money puts an incredible number of business-building tools at your disposal. One of the most powerful of these is the ability to Filter and Search your contact database and then send targeted mail-merge e-mails or letters to only those contacts who fit the filtering criteria.

There's also a comprehensive Datebook and a ToDo list to make sure you don't overlook appointments, phone calls or follow-up tasks. Best of all, you can create "Schedules" of activities (mail-merge e-mail, appointments and tasks) and then assign those schedules to groups of contacts in just a few seconds.

I'd like to be able to keep track of all of the people in my life in a single application. Will MLM Easy Money's help me to do this?

MLM Easy Money's contact management system is designed to handle your personal life as well as your professional one. Extensive Search and Filter functions in the program allow you to separate your contacts into whatever groupings you may need. You can even print labels for everyone on your Christmas card list if you like!

My company charges me sales tax based on the retail price of the product everytime I make a purchase. Can the program be set up to calculate this tax automatically?

MLM Easy Money's tax settings allow you to specify how sales tax is calculated on both sales and purchases. If you pay sales tax to your manufacturer, the program also handles the crediting of any sales tax you collect on product sales.

Since I consume a lot of the product I buy, I decided to get a resale license and take care of sales tax myself. Will the program help me determine how much sales tax I owe?

The program's Sales Tax Report keeps track of your taxable sales as well as how much tax you've collected, so you can easily determine your tax obligation, and whether or not you're putting aside sufficient funds to cover it.

Will the program help me plan my income tax strategy?

The program helps you plan for taxes in two ways. By keeping you aware of your net (pre-tax) business income, you can easily estimate the amount of tax you owe at any given time. This not only allows you to set aside sufficient funds, but also to make better decisions regarding the value of a planned expense deduction.

I'd like to be able to keep track of my downline, as well as prospects that I'm talking to about the business. Is there any way for me to keep track of who's in which leg, so I can do mailings to certain parts of my downline from time to time?

The Filter option on the Contacts screen allows you to separate out downline listings based on their upline, level and title. Once filtered, use the E-mail, Letters and Labels features to communicate with just the selected subset of your downline.

I have a number of different books and tapes I use to get people interested in the business. Can I keep track of who's got what using this program?

The Business Items button on the Contacts screen allows you to instantly update a prospect's record to show which tapes or books you've given them and when. You can also set a follow-up appointment to automatically remind you when it's time to check back and see how they're doing.

I understand that most tax agencies require you to keep additional records for certain kinds of expenses. What information is required, and how do I keep track of it in the program?

Does MLM Easy Money ever get upgraded, and if so, what will it cost me to stay current?

MLM Easy Money is a rapidly evolving program, based on the continuous input we get from people just like you. MLM Software Solutions Inc.'s upgrade policy is as follows:

• Downloadable updates are available to registered users of each version free of charge via the updates page on this site. Non-AOL users can get the latest update automatically downloaded and installed using the Updates option on the Help menu.
• Major version upgrades (e.g. upgrading from Version 7 to Version 8) are available for one-third to one-half of the retail price depending on the extent of the changes made to the program.
